The standard probe that comes with the device is 10 meters. Shorter versions of 5 meters or 3 meters can also be ordered!
The termograf can be upgraded to two probes under the following conditions:
Both probes must be of the same type (either T or T+RH).
The thermograph works with both 12 V and 24 V!
The thermograph must be powered directly from the car battery.
Note: If the engine is regularly stopped and started during the trip and the car battery is old, there's a chance the thermograph will reset when the starter is engaged.
This can be noticed if multiple trips are recorded from the moment of start-up.
(To prevent this, either replace the battery or avoid turning off the engine during the trip.)
