Returns & Cancellation

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Romania by OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., an email or letter) of your decision to withdraw. You can send your request to office@synchro.ro or by post to: Synchro SRL, str. Zambilelor 13, Preajba, Dolj, Romania.

2. Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in the original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
• Custom-configured products cannot be returned.
• Unsealed consumables (thermal paper, batteries) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

3. Return Timeframe

Products must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of communicating your withdrawal decision. The deadline is met if you dispatch the products before the 14-day period expires.

4. How to Return

Products should be returned via courier, with shipping costs paid by the customer, to:

Please include a copy of the invoice or order number, along with the reason for the return.

5. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than standard), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal decision.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order placed on www.termograf.ro provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at office@synchro.ro or by phone at +40 317 800 000.

If the order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described in Section 1 above.

7. Warranty Returns

Defective products within the warranty period (12 months from delivery) may be returned for repair or replacement as described in the Warranty section of our Terms & Conditions. Warranty returns are free of charge — contact us to arrange the shipment details.
